Employee well-being outcomes from individual-level mental health interventions: Cross-sectional evidence from the United Kingdom
Dr. William Flemming from Oxford University’s Wellbeing Research Centre wrote a report about the debate on mental well-being interventions for British workers. The report compares the effectiveness of common well-being interventions and raises concerns that individual-level interventions may not fully address working conditions.

Organisation interventions to support staff wellbeing: Case studies and learning from the NHS
There has been limited exploration of organisational interventions within the NHS to support staff well-being. This report aims to identify examples of such interventions, outline how they aim to reduce demands and increase resources, and identify barriers and facilitators of success. Additionally, it aims to summarise key recommendations for promoting more and better organizational interventions to support staff well-being.
