The Leadership Academy core framework offer of ICB Board development and systems OD adaptable for all levels of ICB subsidiarity.
An expert facilitator will work closely with you to scope your collective development requirements, encompassing aims and objectives. The result will be the design and delivery of three engaging and impactful sessions.
