We are proud to be a member-led NHS organisation. We champion the interests of over 60 health and care member organisations from the North West. Our unique and highly successful membership model enables our members to benefit from national and regional funded leadership support. 

We move at pace with our members, to explore new approaches and engage with uncertainty together. By tracking trends, gathering intelligence and engaging with our leadership community, we help our members gain a view ahead and co-design offers that support strong and effective organisations and systems.  

Through membership, leaders from across your organisation can access our development programmes, offers and support. We work across Cheshire and Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire and South Cumbria to support leaders in the North West Region.
