Leveraging Opportunities within Integrated Care Systems
This masterclass covered the developments within the complex ICS landscape across the North West over the last 12 months since their formalisation in July 2022. During the masterclass the panel of North West ICB Executive leader shared insights into how our systems are driving forward change and integration in a challenging operating context. The masterclass also included a facilitated Q&A session with the panel and audience members.
The masterclass was chaired by Helen Wolstenholme, Assistant Director, Partnerships and Support, ICS Network at NHS Confederation, and Helen Hunter, Assistant Director for Place, CS Network at NHS Confederation.
The panel included:

- Sir Richard Leese, Chair, Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board
- Kevin Lavery, Chief Executive Officer, Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board
