At the heart of leadership development are the Senior System Leads (SSLs), dedicated representatives who support member organisations across the North West systems. They are not just present to offer advice, but to co-create change through trusted relationships.

By taking the time to build relationships, the SSLs gain an understanding of unique local contexts and engage in meaningful conversations that:

• Identify current and future leadership development needs, and support tailored actions to address them.
• Signpost relevant resources and facilitate connections with other Partnerships to meet local priorities.
• Act as a conduit for translating national and regional priorities into meaningful local action.
• Strengthen and enhance connections within the membership community to build a more cohesive network.
