Organised by the NHS North West Leadership Academy, the Festival of Leadership is the region’s largest senior leader conference. It provides an opportunity for senior leaders in the North West to share ideas and connect with peers across the system.
With a focus on regional leadership insights and best practices, it brings together executive leaders and aspiring directors from across the NHS, local government, social care, and community organisations in the North West.
On October 7, the NHS North West Leadership Academy hosted the Festival of Leadership 2025 with over 100 delegates in attendance. The energy, ideas and passion on the day are a reminder of what makes our leadership community in the North West so special.
