This workshop will give you the tools to develop your communication skills and ensure that you handle all job interviews with confidence.

Overview

Whether your first job or you have had years in settled employment, going for a job interview can be a daunting prospect.  With the right preparation it can be fun and a great opportunity to showcase your skills and talent.

This practical session will help you to prepare messages about your achievements and abilities as well as polish your presentation skills. 

It will take you through the interview process, from the small talk through to communicating your skills, handling difficult questions, asking relevant questions through to closing an interview successfully.

This offer has been commissioned to directly support senior leaders across the North West (including but not exclusive to NHS Organisation Board and Sub Board post-holders, Executive and Governing Body Leads, Primary Care leaders working within and alongside Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care Systems. Senior leadership teams and those working across system level roles).
