Senior system leads are dedicated representatives who support member organisations across the North West systems. Acting as allies and trusted partners, they provide a listening ear and help shape tailored development offers and interventions. With expertise in commissioning, senior system leads connect organisations to high-quality leadership development providers. They also have in-depth knowledge of the NHS North West Leadership Academy’s membership offer and support the integration of these resources into internal development strategies.
