This workshop introduces a new model that outlines how leaders should lead their teams into the future and enables you to channel this disruption into a positive outcome whilst keeping your team united and motivated in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world.
This workshop will cover:-
- An introduction to the Disruption-Unity Gap model and how it was arrived at
- The 4 key states of a team (Positive Disruption; Negative Disruption; Positive Unity and Negative Unity)
By viewing a team in terms of these states will offer leaders a perspective on how the team is performing ad where problems can creep/have crept in.
By the end of the workshop delegates will have an overview of each ‘GAP’ in the model and what action needs to be taken by leaders as different scenairos play out.
