How to Lead in a Hybrid World

Online.

Overview

It has been suggested that the number 1 challenge for people working in a hybrid way is the “Lack of casual conversations”. This Masterclass explores the ways in which organisations can help generate team spirit /culture and support leaders to effectively lead a team with people who aren’t in the room.

Aims/ Objectives

  • How can we ensure good performance when we can’t see what they’re doing?
  • How can we have a good team spirit without the casual conversations in the office or at the water cooler?
  • How can we keep people engaged in meetings when they aren’t in the room?
  • How can we support people’s wellbeing when they’re working remotely – often in back-to-back Teams calls all day, potentially facing issues on multiple fronts, and we can’t even see how they are?
