Collaborative Masterclass: Improving recruitment and retention in the public sector

This session will define what good employee experience is and what it looks like. Attention will be paid to how we can ensure a positive employee experience throughout the whole employee lifecycle along with highlighting how this can improve recruitment, retention, and engagement along with other organisational measures.
Dr Katie Green from Manchester Metropolitan University will discuss the findings of her research within this area before we hear from(insert org when confirmed)who will showcase their journey to developing a positive employee experience within their organisation.
