Coaching and Mentoring Network Learning Event 2027
As coaching and mentoring continues to play a vital role in supporting our people, teams and organisations, the annual Network Learning Event has become a key date in the coaching and mentoring calendar, creating a valuable space for professional development and meaningful networking.
Supported and developed by our NHS NWLA North West Coaching and Mentoring Champions, this year’s event will bring together professionals and practitioners from across the North West for a day dedicated to listening, reflecting and learning together. The event will feature a range of engaging and thought-provoking activities designed to support your continued development and inspire practice. Attendees can look forward to:
- An inspiring keynote speaker sharing insights and perspectives on the future and impact of coaching and mentoring in the workplace.
- A coaching and mentoring panel discussion, bringing together experienced practitioners to share their challenges and lessons learned from supporting colleagues across the system.
- A series of interactive CPD sessions, providing opportunities to explore new approaches, develop skills and engage in discussions with peers.
- Dedicated opportunities to network and exchange ideas with colleagues from across the region and learn from members within our community.
This event will also be an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our North West coaching and mentoring community over the past year. We will acknowledge the contributions of colleagues who continue to advocate for coaching and mentoring and reflect on the impact it has had across the region.
