Understanding the NHS Leadership and Management Framework
The NHS Leadership and Management Framework, launched this summer, introduces a nationally consistent set of standards and competencies for NHS leaders and managers at every level.
Join Dr Frances Dodd, Head of NHS North West Leadership Academy, for this one-hour introductory webinar exploring what the framework means for individuals, teams and organisations across the North West.
The session will provide an overview of the framework, highlight key resources and the support available. Participants will leave with knowledge of how they can begin using the framework in practice. All leaders and managers should self-assess against the standards and access development to work towards achieving the standards over time.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A, and participants will receive links to supporting resources and further guidance following the session.
