Looking after my wellbeing: Leaders and managers with Dr Frances Dodd
This lunch and learn session is designed for leaders and managers to nurture and look after their own wellbeing. While leadership roles often involve supporting others, it is just as important to recognise your own mental health, as this is key to sustaining wellbeing, as well as effectiveness at work.
This session provides a practical, reflective space to explore wellbeing in a leadership context. During the session, participants will:
- Explore simple, everyday ways to support their mental health.
- Identify which changes could have the greatest positive impact.
