Coaching CPD: Career coaching
This session is designed around the realities facing NHS coaches and their coachees right now. With restructures, workforce pressures, and significant personal and professional change across the system, coaches need tools that are immediately applicable, grounded, and sensitive to context. The session provides four practical career coaching tools, grouped into two thematic halves.
Please note this workshop has been redesigned and expanded from last year so coaches are able to reattend for new learning outcomes even if previously attended.
Participants will gain practical tools and theoretical knowledge to effectively support clients in:
- Exploring identity, strengths, and the internal barriers that can hold coachees back.
- Exploring purpose, direction, and navigating career transitions.
- New extended tools including Transitional Awareness, The Inner Imposter and VIA Strengths.
Requirements: This session is for registered coaches on the NHS NWLA Coaching and Mentoring Hub.
