It will focus on how authority and power can be devolved and shared in order to maximise system integration and leadership. \n\nAn inquiry into power as leaders in health and care systems. Where is power\, who has it? What do we mean by power? What is our own relationship to power?\nAspects of power and inequality: how can we use our understanding of power to build greater equality into our health and care system?\nApplication of Learning. Power mapping\, exploring types of power and strategies for power-sharing in relation to specific issues.\n\nWho is it for?\nThis session is aimed at leaders working across systems and has been commissioned to directly support leaders across the North West.
