Your group will share ideas\, suggest solutions and offer different ways of thinking within a support and challenge group. \nWorkshop Objectives:\n• Define the key steps to managing change \n• Develop a plan to lead complex and large-scale change\, recognising barriers and constraints \n• Consider ways of sustaining change \n• Engage and inspire people to create an inclusive and learning culture across a whole system. \nWho is it for? \nThis offer has been commissioned to directly support senior leaders across the North West (including but not exclusive to NHS Organisation Board and Sub Board post-holders\, Executive and Governing Body Leads\, Primary Care Network senior leadership teams and those working across system-level roles) if you would like to discuss access further please contact us at nwla.leadership@nhs.net \nBook your place
