SUMMARY:Leadership for the future: How to thrive in a VUCA World
DESCRIPTION:NHS leaders are facing new challenges with continuing pressure and more focus than ever on systems leadership.\nThis workshop introduces a new model that outlines how leaders should lead their teams into the future and enables leaders to channel this disruption into a positive outcome whilst keeping their team united and motivated in a VUCA (Volatile\, Uncertain\, Complex and Ambiguous) world. \nThis workshop will cover: \n\nAn introduction to the Disruption-Unity Gap model and how it was arrived at\nThe 4 key states of a team (Positive Disruption; Negative Disruption; Positive Unity and Negative Unity)\n\nViewing a team from the perspective of these 4 states will offer leaders an insight into how their team is performing and where problems can creep in or may have already crept in. \nBy the end of the workshop\, delegates will have an overview of each ‘GAP’ in the model and what action needs to be taken by leaders when different scenarios play out. \nRegister for your place
