DESCRIPTION:Climate change poses a major threat to our health and wellbeing\, as well as our planet. The environment is changing\, that change is accelerating\, and this has direct and immediate consequences for the delivery of health and social care services\, and above all those people who receive care and support. \nInterventions that consider climate change\, sustainability\, and nature should be integral to health and care system functioning. Placing sustainability at the core to deliver better services\, support healthier populations\, and save costs.
