DESCRIPTION:This session is designed around the realities facing NHS coaches and their coachees right now. With restructures\, workforce pressures\, and significant personal and professional change across the system\, coaches need tools that are immediately applicable\, grounded\, and sensitive to context. DESCRIPTION:A session for coaches on how to work well with clients presenting or whom have been diagnosed with neurodiverse characteristics.
