SUMMARY:Virtual Coaching Supervision Session
DESCRIPTION:This virtual group coaching supervision session will offer coaches an opportunity to reflect on coaching practice in a safe and supportive space. The session will focus on reflecting on recent coaching experiences\, sharing successes and challenges\, learning from each other\, and developing strategies for ongoing growth. \nSupervision overview \n“A formal and protected time for facilitating a coach’s in-depth reflection on their practice with a trained coaching supervisor.” (Association for Coaching\, 2029) \nIn coaching circles\, the session will focus on the core elements of supervision: \n\nnormative – are we working ethically and professionally?\nformative – are we developing our practice?\nrestorative – are we looking after our own wellbeing?\n\nRequirements: This session is for registered coaches on the NHS NWLA Coaching and Mentoring Hub. \nMore information about coaching supervision can be found in the video Coaching Lunch and Learn Series: Coaching Supervision and Models\, which explores the importance of maintaining coaching standards and looks at supervision models and practices. \nBook your place
