DESCRIPTION:This online session provides a broad overview of Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment\, which can be applied across a wide range of professional and personal situations. The sessions are highly experiential\, and offer the opportunity to use the principles of the approach in practice. \nThere will be time for questions\, and an invitation to take the learning into the workplace\, to continue exploring. \nBy the end of the session participants will: \n\nUnderstand the purpose and principles of Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment.\nHave experienced the roles of ‘Thinker’ and ‘Thinking Partner’.\nUnderstand some of the key applications of the Thinking Environment\, including its use in meetings\, and other work settings.\nHave an opportunity to ask questions of the facilitator\, an experienced Thinking Environment consultant.\n\nRequirements: This session is for registered coaches on the NHS NWLA Coaching and Mentoring Hub. \nBook your place
