SUMMARY:Coaching and Mentoring Network Learning Event
DESCRIPTION:Our Network Learning Event is an opportunity for trained coaches and mentors to engage with a supportive network of like-minded individuals; structured with essential CPD to support the development of a coaching and mentoring culture in your organisation. This event will also be an opportunity to celebrate and provide recognition to the North West Coaching and Mentoring Community. \nThis will be a full day event\, with access to workshops\, speakers and networking. The CPD topics will include Game Changing Conversations and Neurodivergent Awareness for Coaches and Mentors. \nAcross the day there will also be speed networking\, self-recognition stories shared from across the North West\, and finishing with a masterclass on The Thinking environment – Working with challenge and change. \nRegistered coaches and mentors can book their place here. \nIf you would like more information about joining the Coaching and Mentoring Hub as a coach or mentor\, please get in touch at nwla.coachingandmentoring@nhs.net.
