Helen worked with participants to apply the participatory principles of new power values exploring how they can make a difference within the old power structures, hierarchy and culture.

The North West Masterclass Collaborative is an influential partnership formed from cross sector organisations in the North West that represent the NHS, health and social care and local government. The collaborative is made up of Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua), Mersey Internal Audit Agency (MIAA), NHS North West Leadership Academy (NHS NWLA), North West Employers (NWE) and the North West Association of Directors of Adults Social Care Services (ADASS) to bring our North West leaders a series of collaborative masterclasses.
