Our Webinar on 2 February 2023, presented by Ngunan Adamu, that explored fresh ways of thinking around diversity.
This masterclass brought a one-of-a-kind approach to leadership development and personal growth through using diversity and cultural practises to build off the passion and perspective of your organisation/community and put diversity, equality and inclusion practises at the forefront. It has now been well recognised that doing this can stimulate productivity and growth.
The collaborative is made up of Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua), Mersey Internal Audit Agency (MIAA), Innovation Agency Coaching Academy, NHS North West Leadership Academy (NHS NWLA), North West Employers (NWE) and the North West Association of Directors of Adults Social Care Services (ADASS) to bring our North West leaders a series of collaborative masterclasses.
